3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machining centers deliver complex geometries to +-0.01mm. We machine aluminum 6061-T6/7075-T6, stainless steel 304/316L, titanium Ti-6Al-4V, brass, copper, and engineering plastics including PEEK and POM. Maximum part size 1,200 x 800 x 600mm. Our TRUMPF fiber laser cuts carbon steel up to 25mm, stainless steel up to 20mm, and aluminum up to 16mm with +-0.05mm positioning accuracy and 0.3mm kerf width. Nitrogen cutting available for oxide-free edges on stainless and aluminum -- standard for medical and food-grade applications. Sheet size up to 1,500 x 3,000mm. No hard tooling required -- direct from your DXF or STEP files.

CNC Press Brake Bending & Forming

CNC press brakes with real-time angle monitoring bend carbon steel up to 20mm, stainless to 10mm, and aluminum to 10mm with +-0.2 degree angle tolerance. Maximum bending length 4,000mm, maximum press force 300T. Material-specific spring-back compensation is programmed into every production run. Suitable for chassis, enclosures, structural frames, and complex multi-bend profiles.

AWS-certified welding masters and robotic MIG welding cells handle stainless steel 304/316L, aluminum 5052/6061, carbon steel, and high-strength alloys. Are you able to produce aerospace and medical-grade components?

Yes. We supply machined and fabricated components to customers in the aerospace, medical device, and surgical instrument sectors. For aerospace aluminum structures, we work with 6061-T6 and 7075-T6 with full material traceability (MTR from certified mills) and AS9100-aligned documentation on request. For medical components in SS 316L, we apply full heat/lot traceability, CMM inspection of all critical features, and passivation per ASTM A380 as standard. We do not hold AS9100 or ISO 13485 certification ourselves, but we can operate within customer-defined quality plans and provide the documentation required for your quality system.

How do you ensure consistent quality between prototype and mass production?

After prototype approval, we create a locked Process Control Plan (PCP) that records the exact tooling, cutting parameters, fixturing setup, inspection checkpoints, and material sourcing for your part. This PCP is followed identically in every subsequent production run — ensuring that part 1 and part 10,000 are dimensionally identical. For customers requiring it, we provide First Article Inspection (FAI) reports in PPAP Level 3 format before production release. We also maintain batch-level MTR traceability, so if a question arises about a specific shipment’s material, we can trace it back to the mill certificate.

What is your minimum order quantity for CNC machining and sheet metal parts?

Our minimum order quantity is 1 piece for all services — CNC machining, laser cutting, sheet metal bending, welding, and stamping. We regularly produce single prototype pieces and scale the same quality system to production runs of 10,000+ units. For prototype orders of 1-5 pieces, our standard lead time is 3-7 business days. There is no setup or programming fee charged separately for low-volume orders — the cost of DFM review, CNC programming, and first-article inspection is included in the part price

What tolerances can you hold for CNC machining?

Standard CNC machining tolerance is +-0.05mm (ISO 2768-m). For precision applications, we regularly hold +-0.01mm (ISO 2768-f) on critical features using our 5-axis machining centers, verified by Hexagon CMM. Surface roughness ranges from Ra 0.4 to Ra 3.2 as-machined, with Ra 0.2 achievable through polishing. All precision lot shipments include a CMM dimensional inspection report with actual vs. nominal values for every critical feature. For aerospace, medical, and tight-tolerance industrial applications, we recommend submitting drawings for a DFM review before quoting.

What is your quotation lead time and what do you need to quote?

We return quotations within 24 hours for standard CNC and sheet metal parts. To quote accurately, we need: a 2D drawing in PDF or DXF format (or a 3D STEP file), the material specification including grade, the target quantity, and tolerance requirements for critical features. If your drawing includes surface finish callouts or compliance requirements (RoHS, REACH, PPAP), please include those as well. Our DFM review is included with every quotation at no charge — we identify any design features that may affect cost or lead time and flag them in writing before you commit to an order.
