What types of sheet metal materials do you work with?

We fabricate in cold-rolled steel (Q235/DC01), stainless steel (304, 316L, 430), aluminum (5052-H32, 6061-T6, 3003), galvanized steel, copper (C11000), and alloy steel (4140, 65Mn spring steel). Material thickness ranges from 0.5mm to 25mm depending on material and process. All materials are supplied with Mill Test Reports (MTR) and full batch traceability. Special materials or certifications (e.g., AMS, ASTM, EN standards) are available on request.

What is your turnaround time for custom sheet metal parts?

Standard prototype lead time is 5-10 business days for most materials and configurations. Small batch production (10-50 pieces) typically takes 10-15 days. Production runs (100+ pieces) are quoted per project based on complexity, material, and surface finishing requirements — typically 15-25 days. Expedited production is available for urgent requirements; please indicate your deadline when submitting your files.

Do you offer design and prototyping services?

Yes. We provide free DFM (Design for Manufacturability) review as part of every quotation process. After receiving your DXF, DWG, or STEP files, our engineers review the design for bend radii, weld accessibility, tolerance rationalization, and material suitability — delivering written feedback within 24-48 hours. Prototype production can begin immediately after DFM approval, with first-article CMM inspection and an FAI report before full production is released.

 

Can you assist with the assembly of fabricated parts?

Yes — assembly is part of our one-stop service. We provide PEM nut and stud insertion, rivet installation, clinch joining, sub-assembly, and final assembly to drawing. We also support component kitting, custom packaging, and labeling for direct shipment to your assembly line. Providing assembly-ready parts from a single supplier eliminates incoming inspection overhead and reduces your supply chain complexity.

How do you manage material traceability and certification?

Material traceability is maintained from incoming inspection through finished part shipment. Each production lot is linked to the specific MTR (Mill Test Report) from the certified steel or aluminum mill. We maintain batch records for raw material heat numbers, processing dates, inspection results, and shipment documentation. For automotive PPAP requirements, we can provide full traceability documentation in PPAP Level 3 format.
